A Mentor Group is Needed!

Greetings All, Shardvixen here;
I doubt anyone is reading this blog but few are watching my video as well so I am not going to quit.  What I need is a mentor and one I don't have to pay for.  All of the world wants to help you for a price.  I dislike this concept.  I am not against people wanting to make a buck but I am against education being held back just so someone can make money.  We should share knowledge.  I have found people will pay for the How To if the knowledge of how to is shared.
I am sure I am not rich because I share knowledge.  This is why I loved Youtube because the knowledge is shared.  But one of the things which is needed is either a group or a page or a site where new channel starter can ask questions.  There are a lot of videos which show you how but what about the exception to the rule.
For example: It has been suggestion that I play newer games.  I can't afford newer games so I need to know how to use what I have to become successful.  It has been said to be creative and do you own things but all the suggestions given to me are do this and do that but not how to be me and do what I can.
So I may have to make sure as I go along, I help others with what I have learn.  I will be a mentor for free.
On that note, I have also notice that none of the males who are over a million subs play with female gamers ( yeah I know how that read).  What is up with that?  I don't want to do a channel where I have to do make up.  I will do a channel where I do crafts because that is who I am or have fun with kids because that is who I am but I am also a video gamer so I would love to play with others as well.
If any of you are reading this blog please answer me on those things I ask.
The other point I need to get off my chest is , why am I getting all the "watch me naked" followers on Twitter.  Where are the real people.  In fact where are all the normal, everyday don't have a channel people in the world?  Where are the subscribers who just want to watch a video?  Who can answer these questions for me?  I will keep looking for the answers and a mentor.
